This painting started out with a different color palette. I was working on it for hours and it was just not coming together for me. I knew that if I just persisted, one of two things would happen; I’d get the painting to come together, or I would obliterate the whole thing and something new would come through. I waited for the magic to happen and it did, with a whole new painting.

“Wait For The Magic” is 20" X 20" X 1.5" painted with artist grade acrylics and has markings with charcoal and etching within its layers. It's on gallery wrapped canvas with sides painted black. It is wired and ready to hang. It will be coated with a gloss varnish to protect from dust.
