My Painting Had 5 minutes Of Fame

I was commissioned to do a dog portrait for a Christmas gift.  I sent the painting off to Canada and it was received without a problem.  The problem occurred after the gift was given to its recipient.  It was stolen shortly thereafter!  Here is the news story out of Portland, Oregon about the stolen painting of Gia. I felt terrible when I heard about it.  I painted a new one for Gia's owner as a gift to replace the stolen one.  The new one has been received and all is well in Gia's world.

#BeSomebody

I was contacted awhile back from someone at the  #besomebody movement through Instagram to see if I was interested in joining them as a Passionary on their platform.  They are about putting people together who want to have an experience and learn from someone who has passion around what they love to do.  In my case, it's painting.  Someone can book time with me to have a painting session.

They came to my home studio and interviewed me on video, filmed me painting and then did a photoshoot.  I haven't seen the video yet but was given my photos yesterday.  Here are a few that show me painting in my studio.
